"Dear Mr. Burke,
I cannot thank you enough
for the repair and service I received from you regarding my
laptop. I purchased my laptop from a major store only a few
short months ago. In doing so I did what I believe was the
responsible thing and purchased the anti virus, the spy ware and
also an extended service contract with them. Needless to say I
was in desperate need of those services rather quickly when
after a month my laptop starting having issues. I brought my
laptop back to the store I purchased it from and was told that I
would need to leave my laptop with them for at least 48 hours in
order for them to run a diagnostic test on it but it could be
longer since they were unsure what other jobs that had going on
at the moment and from there it would be determined if my laptop
would be covered under my warranty and if it was not covered
under what they determined my warranty to be than I would be
responsible for all repairs made to the laptop as well as all
diagnostic fee’s associated with the repair. But they could not
tell me what those fee’s could possibly be without keeping the
computer. I decided at that time not to do this since I use my
laptop daily and it still worked but not as well as it should
have been and brought my computer home with me deciding that I
could call the tech support line (that’s why I bought the
service) and they could walk me through what appeared to be a
small problem. After holding on the phone for over an hour I was
informed by tech support that because my computer was new that
my tech support had not started yet and I would need to call the
manufacturer. So yet again we are on the phone calling the
manufacturer to find out what is wrong with the computer that I
just bought and paid extra money for not only tech support but
also an extended warranty that I now find out is not even active
till the warranty from the manufacture is over so here we go
again after many hours on the phone now with the manufacture who
couldn’t help me in the least bit I was left with a computer
that I paid a great deal of money for a computer that I
purchased with all the extra things you think you should
purchase for just such a problem but no one was willing to help
fix it needless to say I had a very expensive paperweight on my
desk. When I was told by my mother about your location I decided
to give it a shot I cannot thank you enough for fixing my
computer in the timely manner and stress free environment that
you presented. Not only did you explain what was wrong but you
fixed it without the hassle and the run around that I was
receiving from the big box store I bought my computer at and
also from the manufacture. Your expertise, your caring nature
and the fact that you fixed it that day will surly bring not
only my business back but that of my friends and family. Rest
assured that when the time comes for me to purchase a new
computer again I will be coming straight to Antrim Computer for
I know I will receive not only great service but also a better
